# Force Matrix

Bu matris, polis memurlarının karşılaştığı farklı durumları ve bu durumlara uygun güç kullanımı düzeylerini belirlemek için tasarlanmıştır. Matris, durumun ciddiyetine ve tehlikeli potansiyeline göre güç kullanımının uygun düzeyini belirleyerek yasal ve etik sınırlar içinde kalınmasını sağlar.

Force Matrix, aşağıdaki güç kullanımı düzeylerini içerir:

#### Seviye 1: Sözlü İkaz

* Durum: Potansiyel tehdit düşük ve kontrol edilebilir.
* Güç Kullanımı: Sözlü ikaz ve uyarı.

#### Seviye 2: Hafif Güç Kullanımı

* Durum: Potansiyel tehdit orta düzeyde ve kontrol edilebilir.
* Güç Kullanımı: Elle müdahale veya biber gazı kullanımı gibi hafif güç kullanımı.

#### Seviye 3: Orta Güç Kullanımı

* Durum: Potansiyel tehdit yüksek ve kontrol edilebilir.
* Güç Kullanımı: Sert müdahale veya elektrikli cihaz kullanımı gibi orta düzeyde güç kullanımı.

#### Seviye 4: Ağır Güç Kullanımı

* Durum: Potansiyel tehdit çok yüksek ve kontrol edilemez.
* Güç Kullanımı: Ağır müdahale veya ateşli silah kullanımı gibi ağır güç kullanımı.

Force Matrix, polis memurlarına ve diğer yetkililere doğru ve etik güç kullanımı konusunda rehberlik eder. Her durumda, güç kullanımının orantılı ve meşru olması önemlidir. Memurlar, karşılaştıkları duruma uygun en uygun güç kullanımı düzeyini seçmeli ve her durumda insan hayatına ve hukukun üstünlüğüne saygı göstermelidir.
